It provides structured tools to assist with claim preparation, defence management, enforcement processes, court form drafting, document organisation, and deadline tracking.
ClaimsPilot provides general legal information and procedural assistance. It does not provide regulated legal advice.
ClaimsPilot is intended for self-represented litigants (litigants in person) handling:
- Small Claims Track cases (CPR Part 27)
- Fast Track matters
- Enforcement of County Court judgments
It is suitable for individuals and small businesses conducting their own proceedings without a solicitor.
No prior legal training is required. The platform provides plain-English procedural explanations, guided workflows, and structured case tracking. However, for complex or high-value matters, independent legal advice should be considered.
No. ClaimsPilot is a technology platform that provides legal information and procedural tools. It is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Account & Security
Select “Get Started” and register using your email address. You will receive a verification email before accessing your dashboard.
Yes. ClaimsPilot uses:
- Encrypted connections (TLS)
- Secure data storage
Your case data is accessible only to your account, subject to limited administrative access for support or compliance purposes.
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on modern mobile and tablet browsers.
Yes. You may toggle between light and dark modes in the sidebar settings.
Cases & Dashboard
You may create multiple cases. Each case operates independently with its own:
- Status tracking
- Deadlines
- Documents
- Timeline
- AI chat history
ClaimsPilot supports three primary case types:
- Claim (you are bringing proceedings)
- Defence (you are responding to a claim)
- Enforcement (you are enforcing a judgment)
Each case includes a procedural status tracker:
Pre-Action → Claim Filed → Defence → Hearing → Judgment → Enforcement → Closed
You may update the status as your case progresses.
Yes. Case stages may be updated in either direction to reflect procedural changes.
For data integrity and audit purposes, deletion is restricted. If you require case removal, please contact support.
Closed cases remain fully accessible. You can continue to view and use all features. You can reopen a closed case at any time from the case detail page.

The forms follow official layouts and structure. However, they are generated drafts. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and compliance with the latest HMCTS versions before filing.
Yes. The platform provides access to blank court form PDFs for manual completion if preferred.

Yes. You may upload evidence, correspondence, and court orders to each case. Files are securely stored and private to your account.
The Letter Generator creates structured pre-action correspondence aligned with relevant Pre-Action Protocol requirements. You may edit content before exporting.
Deadlines & Notifications
You may add deadlines to each case with a title and date. The dashboard displays upcoming and overdue deadlines across all cases.
Email notifications may be enabled in Settings. You can customise:
- Days before notification
- Frequency
- Quiet hours
Enforcement Tools
ClaimsPilot supports guidance and form preparation for:
- Warrant of Control (N323)
- Attachment of Earnings (N337)
- Charging Orders (N379)
- Third Party Debt Orders
The Enforcement Decision Engine helps you identify appropriate options based on your circumstances.
The Interest Calculator estimates statutory interest (typically 8% per annum under County Court Judgments, where applicable) from the judgment date to the present date. Court fees may also be included.
The Payment Tracker allows you to log partial payments and automatically calculates the outstanding balance.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ClaimsPilot does not store card details.
Refund requests may be considered where premium functionality has not been materially used. Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with our Terms of Use.
Premium Credits & Bundle
The Complete Bundle is a one-time payment of £99 that gives you premium credits for all three case types — Claim, Defence, and Enforcement. It offers a saving compared to purchasing each case type individually.
Premium credits are tokens that unlock premium features on a case. When you purchase the Complete Bundle, you receive one credit for each case type (Claim, Defence, and Enforcement). Each credit can be applied to any case of the matching type.
When you open a case that does not yet have premium features, a “Use Credit” button will appear if you have an available credit for that case type. Clicking it will instantly unlock premium features for that case.
No. Premium credits do not expire. They remain on your account until you choose to use them.
You can view your remaining credits per case type on the Settings page under your account information.
Yes. You can upgrade individual cases separately:
- Claim — £69
- Defence — £49
- Enforcement — £49
The Complete Bundle at £99 provides all three at a reduced total cost.
Jurisdiction & Legal Scope
ClaimsPilot is designed specifically for the County Court system in England and Wales.
It does not support:
- Scottish courts
- Northern Irish courts
- International jurisdictions
